INFO for CUSTOMERS
For ALL Customers:
Delivery/Pickup details are emailed on Mondays to each customer on deck to get product the next day.
Tyler's contact hours are normally 9:30a-4:30p MON-FRI (text, email, social media, etc.) Outside those hours, please call Tyler and leave a voicemail (206-309-4566). He'll get back to you ASAP.
If you pickup on TUE, WED, or THU you can pickup anytime between 11a & 8p.
If you receive delivery on Tuesday, we will arrive sometime between 11a & 5p.
Every WED & THU, you can select from any of the week's leftover product during FARM STAND hours, 11a-8p; first-come, first serve while supplies last.
For New Customers or Non-Subscribers:
Submit order keeping in mind lead time and your chosen TUE delivery/pickup.
Your email address is added to the mailing list upon submission (for new customers).
Invoices are sent out manually sometime during Tyler's office hours.
For last minute orders, please contact Tyler asking for product availability by NOON on Monday (for the next-day delivery/pickup).
For Subscribers:
If you need to update your payment method, update the items/quantities in your subscription, or skip a week, please let Tyler know as soon as possible (keeping in mind lead time, once again).
